Last week we went to tvbydirect.com and got a satellite TV package. We decided it was time for my son to get a TV in his room. We told him at the beginning of the school year that he could get a TV if he made all As, all year long.

I am proud to say after a long semester of studying, he did it. We have always encouraged our children to do the best they could at everything. He didn’t really need much motivation to make good grades, but we thought it would be nice to reward him for all of his hard work. His favorite subject in school is math.

 I told him that math has many uses in the real world and that if he continued to excel in it he would be able to get a well paying job when he graduated.
