You and Your Natural Health

A life lived healthy and well is a life lived right. You see, I have always believed we are born to live healthy and disease free rather than plodding through life hoping to avoid sickness and disease.

I am of the school of thought that deals with disease prevention and disease reversal, rather than trying to artificially cure some malady that has already manifested itself in our bodies.

I believe it is entirely possible to live a long and abundant life and  prevent and reverse nearly all diseases, by eating a wholesome all-natural plant-based diet, getting an ample amount of non-strenuous exercise, and feeding our bodies the proper amounts of nutritional supplements that it needs and craves.

I am certainly not anti-doctor but, I believe the longer one can go without seeking medical help, the better their chances are of remaining healthy. The reason I feel this way is because western medicine is trained in disease management rather than disease prevention and cure.

Many well-meaning doctors are too quick to give out a prescription of some chemical concoction for the slightest symptoms their patients are experiencing.

Often, if we learn to live with certain symptoms and feed our bodies right, the body will correct the condition itself given enough time. Obviously, I am not talking about a life-threatening condition or true medical emergency here.

What I am suggesting is that often times, people run to their doctors with the slighest ailments and blindly and foolishly take whatever is given them, without the slightest thought given to the side effects and long-term health consequences.

You Are In Charge

What we need to learn most to do is take responsibility for our own health. You are in charge of how you feel. You can take positive steps today to greatly improve your health and well-being.

There is a mountain of knowledge about how to obtain and keep great natural health for the rest of your life. The choice is yours to make.

If you are ill, you can begin looking for natural ways to make yourself feel better. If you are well, you can begin today to find out all you can about how to stay well. The choice is yours to make. You must not eat refined, processed food, animal foods, or vegetable oils, and you must also exercise, if you want to prevent and reverse disease.

Begin now to commit yourself to an all natural and healthy lifestyle. You are worth it!

Lifestyle change and raw or all natural plant-based foods, are in  my opinion, the most important things we can do to optimize for good health. If you have looked over my steps to health and wellness, you will see things like unfiltered sunshine, light exercise, and an all-natural plant-based, raw foods diet, that are the foundation for great and wonderful and lasting good health!
